There are no fewer than 14 top class golf courses between Plettenberg Bay and Mossel Bay, and they offer you the perfect opportunity to tackle the same courses played by famous golfers like Ernie Els and Tiger Woods. With George Golf course and Kingswood just around the corner and Fancourt and Oubaai within easy reach you are right in the middle of South Africa’s Golfing Mecca.

George Golf Course, Garden Route, South Africa: C.J. Langenhoven Street, George:
Nestled in the foothills of the magnificent Outeniqua mountains. George Golf Club is among the oldest courses in the country. George Country Club has for many years maintained a worthy rating amongst the top ten golf courses in South Africa. Currently rated 7th in the country, some rate it as the best in the Southern Cape. This course comes highly recommended and it is in peak condition.

Oubaai Golf Estate:
This Ernie Els designed Golf Course opened in 2005 near his holiday home at Herolds Bay. The Course is a Links layout, built on Oceanside cliffs. Els himself has paced Oubaai as his favourite course in the world.
Kingswood Golf Estate, Plattner Blvd., George,
Set amid rolling fairways in the heart of George. High vantage points along the course afford dramatic views of the Outeniqua Mountains. This, contrasted with natural valley holes and environmentally protected riverine locations, make the Golf experience at Kingswood unique.
MosselBay Golf Course, Mossel Bay
The course is an easy walk and very playable from tee to green for all golfers, even if you have just taken up the game. The beautiful views of the Indian Ocean or the Springbuck roaming on the course might distract you, but they will most definitely leave you with lasting memories.
